People say I have the best job, and its true in a way.

I love making, thats it really, I love to make stuff, food is a passion and chocolate is a driving thread through out my life and travels. Although I never feel I have reached "it", not yet anyway... I want to create amazing things and have people excited by it, what could be better then making people happy.
