Stage 4: Choose a service screen: POP and IMAP

Fill in the information as shown on the IMAP and POP Account Settings screen and click on other settings. Whichever account type you will set up, you will only enter the server information about it.

If you are going to set up a MAIL365 account for the first time, choose IMAP. MAIL365 offers unlimited quotas for each account. So you don't have to download your messages from the server using the POP3 protocol, store them on the computer and then delete them from the server. With the IMAP protocol, you can access your same e-mailbox with the same folder structure you have organized, from the office, from a laptop, or mobile phone. But remember, when you delete an email from any device, you delete it from the server and delete it from each device.

User information;

Your Name: Write your Name and Surname that will appear on the other side when you send an e-mail to someone.

E-Mail Address: Type the e-mail address you have established. Corporate email hosting users should write [email protected], normal mail365 accounts [email protected].
