Babatunde is a senior People and Operations leader, country-level operator, and startup executive with over nine years of experience scaling and stabilising organisations in high-constraint, high-growth environments. He combines deep HR business partnering with executive operations and AI-enabled systems building, owning cross-functional execution across people, finance, compliance, partnerships, and core systems. Known for turning ambiguity into structure, he improves unit economics through process discipline and builds teams and operating models that execute reliably under pressure.

He is currently a Co-founder and AI Solutions Architect at TravelVAS Technologies, where he designs and deploys AI systems, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, to enable secure, compliant use of domain-specific knowledge in live operational workflows. His work focuses on applying automation and AI pragmatically to reduce friction, improve decision-making, and strengthen governance.

Previously, Babatunde served as Chief Operating Officer at Genesis360 Technologies, where he led day-to-day operations, built risk and compliance frameworks, scaled revenue from zero to first traction, and partnered with financial institutions to improve credit access and collections efficiency. He has also held senior HR and people operations roles, building workforce systems, performance frameworks, and remote-first operating models across fintech, consulting, FMCGs, NGOs, and technology startups.

He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Microbiology from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, and a licentiate degree in Product Management from Alt School Africa. He brings a strong bias for execution, automation, and data-driven operating models.
