Hello,

I am a Pilates Instructor based in central London. My interests range from health and fitness to creating illustrated artwork. I also enjoy nature and the outdoors.

I work with a wide range of people of all fitness levels, encouraging and supporting them to achieve their fitness goals and potential. Regular Pilates and movement improves core strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and overall wellbeing.
