Thank you for visiting my site. Here I try to open more about my thinking and character.

Attitude: is always positive. I joy when things goes like they should do. Even in worst situation, there is something to learn. Why waste energy for hassle if we can do things differently?

Openness: there is only few things absolute. Therefore, new ways to do things are very welcome for me, but I will always evaluate them critically before implementing them more!

Innovative: rarely there is time just for laying on the ground. Change is new normal and technology is making possible various of things today.

Resilience: taking care of myself have been always one of my priority values. Combining well-being with positive attitude, nothing can not stop me. Finnish people is also famous of the "sisu". It means like never giving up.

Flexibility: we all have own interests, life etc. Therefore, in human relations we need notice other needs and try find out best solution. I am ready to negotiate how we can find out solution together!

Pressure handling: People around me says me that I am very calm and cool guy. Even they know that I have a lot of stuff going on. However, I agree with them that I feel like pressure handling ain't problem. I love to keep joysticks on my hand and I am always prepared for anything (spontaneous).

Self- direction: when you are having many irons on the fire, you need to be proactive. I am very goal orientated and ambitious. Sometimes life can be busy, but with my organization skills, I have not had ever problems with this topic. My life is guided by personal values and I have not ever knocked them down.

Humor: I do hard work, but I never forget good atmosphere, being good colleague or take some free time. Working with a smile feels a lot better and enjoying in workplace is important for me.
