I'm a Complementary Therapist specialising in Reflexology and Massage for Pre-conception, Pregnancy & Post Partum. I am a Practitioner of the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® as well as a certified Pregnancy Massage Therapist. I am passionate about women's wellbeing and empowerment. In my treatment sessions I combine Maya Abdominal Therapy, Reflexology, Therapeutic massage and Energy work. I'm very fortunate that I love my work, and my spare time usually consists of reading and researching "work" related things.
