Tyson Turnbow

Tyson Turnbow is from Muleshoe Tx. In high school he played multiple sports an upon graduating he had the opportunity to play different ones at the college level. He chose to play golf at the division one level which brought him to Texas Tech University

Tyson is a third year undergraduate student at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. He has a current GPA of 3.879 and is expected to graduate in May 2015. Being a full time student and a member of the Texas Tech Golf Team he is efficient with his time managing thirteen hours of class a week as well 25 plus hours of practice. Being a member of the golf team he has learned the value of teamwork and working together with others to achieve a common goal. In doing so, he has developed communication and leadership skills.

Growing up playing sports he learned at a young age that you can only be as good as how hard you work. He is determined and has the desire to be successful in whatever is presented before him, and in return he is willing to put forth the effort to see that it happens.
