Aime Tuyiusnge

I’m Aimé “Tuyi” Tuyisunge, a leader, coach, entrepreneur, and writer whose story began in the Democratic Republic of Congo and continued in Kiziba Refugee Camp in Rwanda before I immigrated to the United States at 12 years old.

My journey has taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of using every opportunity to create something meaningful. Soccer has been part of my life since I was four years old. I went on to become an all district and all region high school player, set my school’s assist record, and compete for four years at Cumberland University, where I served as captain for three seasons.

Today, I use those experiences to develop others through soccer coaching, leadership, mentorship, and personalized player development. I’m passionate about helping athletes grow not only technically and tactically, but also in confidence, discipline, and character.

Beyond soccer, I have a background in project management and organizational leadership and am building businesses and projects centered around transportation, logistics, real estate, youth development, and community impact. I also write poetry and personal reflections through A Soul Scripted, using writing as a way to document life, faith, growth, struggle, and purpose.

At the center of everything I do is people. Whether I’m coaching an athlete, leading a team, building a business, or writing something that connects with someone’s story, I want my work to leave people better than I found them.

I’m still building, still learning, and still becoming, but every chapter of my life has taught me that where you begin does not determine where you can go.
