I am based in Dunedin where I co-own and operate The Muscle Mechanics, a world class massage and fitness support business on lower Dowling St.
My background includes ski-instructing, life-guarding, various adventure sports, and owning/ operating a large holistic center in Bali.
My passions are driven by the understanding that we are all ridiculously fortunate to be alive. I value the ability to act on the gifts and opportunities life presents – whether in health and fitness, fun, or business. And feel lucky that I can share my enthusiasm in these areas with others.
My current focus includes continually developing The Muscle Mechanics with my brother Matthew Wallis, training hard for freeskiing/ big-wave-surfing/ skydiving/ kite-boarding, studying sport and exercise nutrition part time, and helping as many people as possible to release their limiting tension through massage and yoga.
