In an essence, the underlying themes highlights my interconnected capabilities, skills, experiences and networks, which central around cultural / organizational transformation in building documentation, legal framework, audit-ability, and a collaborative environment for the betterment of the missions' purpose and clients / members; while overseeing risk, cost, and opportunities. Below provides further strategic light and tactical angles to the issues of and in support to pending local, national and global efforts and mission / challenges of changing working environments, economics, regulations, and globalization.
"Managing the Gray" http://www.pmiwdc.org/2012/07/tysons-corner-luncheons (which the abbreviated presentation that is available on the webpage) is a part of a larger mentoring series designed to leading teams and clients (firms and other international institutions, MDB/IFIs, and organizations) through their transformational growth. The series are about ensuring successful and holistic transformations, as the entities across the global financial, security, and international development space continues to work through its unique yet paralleled changes. It was an insightful honor working across the World Bank Group from 1997 to 2006 including building the first integrated Financial/HR/Operations system across the VPs (Strategic Performance Contracts), President Briefs, Quarterly Business Reports, Corporate Strategy, Organizational Efficiency and Effectiveness, Operations, and more and addressing corruption in Afghanistan via USAID and international management consulting firms.
