I was born and raised in Naperville, IL and currently live in Larkspur, CO. A 26 year Veteran of the United States Navy with a graduate degree in Homeland Security. I've been married to Debbie DeVoe, a Master Life Coach, for 35 years. We have three lovely daughters and six grand kiddo's.

Today I am the president of Twisted Aspen Consulting, Inc. which specializes in learning and development program management. I am also the owner of Twisted Aspen Woodworks, LLC and Past Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Douglas County Veterans Monument Foundation in Castle Rock, CO.

One of my passions is learning, I am a life-long learner. I also enjoy developing and facilitating learning experiences for others.

My other passion is woodworking. I use local resources from the Sangre de Cristo mountains to produce some pretty cool wood creations I sell on Etsy.
