Salthouse

Didn't know what life was about until I met a little weed called Arabidopsis thaliana. The most courageous little plant that I've ever known. Spends most of it's life buried in snow up to its neck just waiting for a chance to live then produces 1,000,000 seeds destined to inherit the earth, and dies. Its the lab rat of the Organic Chemistry Lab, fully gene mapped, filled with hope of the promise of the day when there will be no heavily soled bipeds trampling it into the earth and carrying its DNA all over the globe. It will definitely outlive mankind and whatever species rises up to dominate the next 9 million species that rise up on this planet and will cover those tombs as well.
