My current job in the Stategy Advisory is the role of a trusted advisor for CIOs. I joint SAP in January 1987 starting in the consulting area for R/2. After several years experience in implementation projects I took over the lead for the product development of SAP-EDI which was successfully launched in 1992. With the start of R/3 I was asked to implement R/3 within SAP internal business systems which led into the project responsibility to migrate SAP's internal systems from R/2 to R/3 and after the successful go live to the overall responsibility for the IT of SAP. In the following years I took global management positions in Custom Development and moved on to SAP Research where he hold the position of the global COO. Now I'm in the consulting area of SAP since march 2013.
