Lucy Pena

My name is Lucy, I run Twistedfates Photography, I am 21 years old and have been living in Cleveland, Ohio for the past four years. I use to live in Gulf Breeze, Florida and have lived there for a little over 12 years. I maybe young, but I have been a photographer since I was 11, mostly sports photography, but over the years I found an appreciation for portrait photography, pet photography, senior photography and so much more. I have been running Twistedfates Photography for a little over a year, I know we are still completely new but I have been doing this for over 11 years and this is more than just a passion and hobby, I want to make people happy with my work and enjoy my passion with me.

I have two pets which I love takng pictures of, actually my backgroud photo is of me and my American Boxer Mix named Galloway, she's a lovely rescue. My other furbaby is a cat named Bastet, she is named after the Eygptian Goddess of Felines.

I have Type 1 Diabetes, but it doesn't have me, I able to do everything I love, including running around for softball, and run with toddlers and children. I was diagnosed when I was 17, and since then have delved into my photography head first. Keeping myself busy kept my sugars down, not many people know I have Diabetes, but it is something that I have been wanting to share for four years now. This is apart of who I am, but it doesn't limit me from taking great photos, just look for yourself. My life is full of blood checks and shutter clicks.
