Linda Khan
I am an academic scholar and business globalist and presently dedicated to the science of shaping more positive socio-cultural perceptions around the world. The new building blocks for creating a harmonious “global mindset” will only come when cross-cultural communication is better understood.
Presently, I am completing my master’s degree at Duquesne University in Global Leadership, but I am an expatriate who has lived and worked successfully in South Asia for many years. I embrace cultural diversity with a passion and know that sharing our wonderful customs and traditions can ultimately lead to a better world.
Globalization and technology has changed the world rapidly, my future goal is to help dimensiononalize cultural diversity, so all nations and societies can better understand and appreciate one another. If the world is to continue to sustain all living creatures and our endangered eco-systems, we have to transform our misunderstandings and stereotyping attitudes into positive and holistic energy.
In the future, my creative and international entrepreneurial experiences will hopefully benefit the organization that I dedicate my life to. I will also teach "cultural diversity" one day at the university level, and I believe that my amazing worldly experiences and academic achievements will help bridge the gap between cultures that don’t understand how similar all of us really are. To me the world is just a lovely cultural garden, waiting to be understood!
