New student loan forgiveness programs are available such as REPAYE with more relaxed qualifications and better terms for those that won't qualify for the regular PAYE program, many people that did not qualify for student loan repayment prior to December 16th now qualify.

Under REPAYE a students monthly payment is capped at 10% of their discretionary income. Many students may even qualify for $0 monthly payments.
