Ty Delley is the co-founder of Insight Consulting & Technology, LLC.
Ty’s passion is helping others, from individuals to businesses and non-profits, through communication, technology and process management.
Ty worked for Gallup, a research-based management consulting firm, for nearly 20 years where she served as the Operational PerformanceManager for Gallup’s Entrepreneur Acceleration System. As aPerformance Manager, Delley worked with entrepreneurs around theglobe to help them strategize for growth through critical systems andtechnology. Additionally, she built and led Gallup’s Global ClientSupport for all products and services.
After her time at Gallup, Ty’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to co-found Back2Family, Inc. (2013-2019), a company designed to transform evenings for busy families by providing Back2FamilyPartners to help serve each family’s unique needs.
In her free time, you will find Ty on her family’s ranch outside Austin, Texas riding horses with her daughter and honing her shooting andarchery skills with her husband.
Delley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
