Ty Ferlin

Ty Ferlin is currently a Senior at Westminster College who is studying Business Administration and Marketing hopefully to fulfill a career in the marketing world. For the past 3 summers, Ty has worked for Redtail Land company, a small private farm owned by the owners of Beckwith Industries. There he maintained and devoted his time to take care of farm animals and the acreage of the farm. This job made Ty a very hard, dedicated worker that required a mentality that most individuals could not withstand on a daily basis. In result to working on the farm, he began to develop traits such as being very resourceful, innovative, being able to manage time effectively, develop a trait of paying attention to small details and most importantly, understanding the stages of a life. Developing these traits over the years will allow Ty to stand out over other employees because he will have a different but effective mentality that others do not.
