Tyffanie Vial real estate, probate and title law attorney who was educated at Baton Rouge’s Southern University Law Center. Born and bred in Louisiana, Ms. Vial believes in serving the community that took care of her throughout her childhood. She believes that when relationships are build based on respect and trust, great things happen.

Today, Tyffanie heads a spirited team of employees at the Title Source of Louisiana, a company that provides full title services not only in Louisiana. She founded the Title Source back in July 2002. Over the last five years, this organization has graduated from a small, one-woman-show to a major outfit that operates statewide, with plans to expand to other states. Already, the firm is offering its services in several locations within the state of Mississippi.

In addition to providing title services across the state of Louisiana and in some parts of Mississippi, the Title Source team that Tyffanie heads is known for its involvement with tax free exchanges, successions, and dealing with properties that have been involved in litigation, as well as adjudicated properties.

Vial’s company – the Title Source – writes its policies through the Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company/ Fidelity National Title Group, as well as the WFG National Title insurance company in Louisiana and Mississippi. The Title Source of Louisiana is approved to work with and close loans with financial firms such as JP Morgan, Iberia Bank, Wells Fargo, Gulf Coast, Capital One, American Bank & Trust Co., among many others.

Tyffanie supervises a team of equally-driven members to provide real estate closing and transaction services such as sales, donations, construction loans, refinancing, owner financing, commercial and residential property, mortgage closings, and QuitClaim deeds. Abstracting an estate planning services are also offered to clients.

In just about 14 years, Vial has managed to excel as a probate and real estate attorney, as well as build a successful firm that records over 20 million dollars in monthly loan volume.
