I am a native and resident of Southern California. My greatest joy and pride comes through my family. Along with the love and support of my beautiful wife of 23 years, we continue our awesome journey in raising three young men of strong character and great heart.

For 20 year I have made a career in mortgage lending. I first began in Pasadena, CA after studying Finance and Economics at USC. I Take great pride in having helped hundreds of couples and first-time homebuyers finance their American dream. Over the past 15 years I've added and developed a niche for arranging lot and custom home construction financing. I have arranged construction-to-permanent mortgages for over 800 clients across the western United States wanting to finance construction of their dream homes. During my caeer I have developed extensive expertise over the years while employed by Chase Manhattan, Citibank, Wells Fargo and US Bank.

I currently co-own and manage Arroyo Counsulting Group with my good friend and partner, David Sutherland. After the mortgage and banking crisis of 2008, David and I decided we could better serve our clients, and greatly expand the services we provide, by not just focusing on financing, but solutions to the myriad of challenges client sface when planning on home construction.
