During the past few years I have developed a career in Customer Care roles providing support in multiple fields, i.e.: Technical Support, Sales Associate in Retail, Insurance Advisor and Call Centre Representative. I consider myself a dynamic professional always willing to take intelligent risks in order to provide the best customer experience to my clients. Also I focus in continuous learning as I believe as a professional there is always something to learn that can improve your current skill set.
