She placed a big box on the table before me. Lifting the lid I found the whole thing was filled from one end to the other with ribbon. And in the center it sat, atop it all.

For years I'd been taking photos with my phone. Not for anything and not for anyone other than myself. Other than for the reason that it felt good to do.

Now because of everyone, pulling together to make this happen, I have a camera of my own to continue taking photos with. On ribbon in a box from everyone. For me. For good feeling.
