Tyler Mulvaney

Hey there, I’m Tyler. I’m a teacher living in Fairlands, South Africa. I obtained my Bachelor of Education at the University of Johannesburg in 2017, with my primary focus being English as well as History. As an educator, I believe that education is the backbone of any successful society and it is therefore of the utmost importance that quality education is delivered to the youth. I strive to maintain excellence within myself and hope that this excellence translates to my students.

I believe in holistic education. There is a significant need for the youth to receive an education that helps them become meaningful human beings of the world. Therefore, I always do my best to assure that each and every student treated with respect and encouragement. This extends from the classroom, into the cultural spectrum and, finally, onto the sports field.

As the great Nelson Mandela so profoundly once said: "Education is the most powerful weapon we can use to change the world."
