I am a computer tech with plenty of personal and work experience, both military and civilian. As an Airman I took a secondary position as an IT Assets Management Assistant and received Airman of the Quarter for my work. When I returned to civilian life, I created the IT department for Amega Worldwide. Once they hired an IT Director, I became his primary assistant, making sure the US office ran smoothly.
I am currently an End-User Support Technician for South Coast Community Services, supporting and maintaining the equipment for nearly one hundred employees in our two offices and six group homes in Orange County. I am also the company webmaster, maintaining our current site as I design and implement our new one.
I am a dedicated, hardworking individual who can also translate "computer-ese" into plain English, a valuable asset to any IT department.
