Tyler Wood

I am a drummer based on the Gold Coast, Australia. I love being on stage playing music with my mates and doing anything music related in general. In the future I hope to run my own small scale studio.

I am currently studying a Bachelor of Audio at Sae Creative Media Institute.

My past experience in an audio environment is mostly from helping the tech department out at school, as there was a wide variety of creative arts opportunities throughout my school education. Ranging from various theatre productions, assemblies and music/drama performances.

Being a drummer I also gained some experience playing around with a small mixer and drum microphones at home.

I enjoy listening to all different genres of music but my main preferences would be different types of metal-core/hardcore and the sub genres within those. My main musical influences would be Northlane and Architects, not only for their lyrical message but for their musical technique and attitude towards writing music.
