Tynesha Anderson is a Business Development Executive, nonprofit leader, speaker, and strategist with more than fifteen years of experience helping organizations expand their reach, build meaningful partnerships, and create lasting impact. Her work spans business development, marketing strategy, storytelling, emerging technology, and social impact.

Raised in Atlanta and shaped by influential mentors — including Maya Angelou, whose guidance deeply influenced her views on resilience, leadership, and using one's voice for meaningful change — Tynesha learned early to lead with intention and purpose.

Her work is also grounded in personal experience. Losing both parents before the age of 50 gave her a firsthand understanding of how mentorship, community, and strong support systems can alter the trajectory of a life — and that understanding now drives everything she does professionally and personally.

Tynesha serves in leadership with Connections Homes and the Don't Go Alone Program, where she leads engagement, partnerships, storytelling, and program growth for young adults aging out of foster care. Her focus is on building long-term community, leadership development, advocacy, and authentic support systems that help young adults find stability, confidence, and connection.

She is also the founder of Soar Hub Solutions, a business development, marketing, and consulting firm that helps businesses, nonprofits, entrepreneurs, and personal brands grow with clarity, strategy, and innovation. Her work spans branding, communications, audience engagement, corporate gifting, and strategic partnerships — positioning clients for sustainable impact in an evolving digital landscape.

Now based in Houston, Tynesha continues building at the intersection of innovation, leadership, community, and purpose.
