I am a seasoned Award winning receptionist Entrepreneur and to mention as well , a 36 years experienced Executive Chef,Culinary Educator,Food Consultant,16 yrs as an Author, 30 years as a Singer Songwriter Musician,Music Producer, 10 yrs as a Minister. I really love serving people and I have in my career ,I would like to highlight my Foodservice career of service to some well known people such as President Obama in Columbia S.C. 2008 on his Campaign trail to becoming our 44th President, Honorable Bill Clinton in ,Kaposvar Hungry 1996 on a Foodservice Contract to serve the military, Honorable Jimmy Carter 1994 Cap Haitian Haiti, on a Food Contract to serve the military overseas. And a host of Celebrities I have served. In 1999-2005 I was hired as a Culinary Educator to teach Culinary Art in Kentucky. In 2005 I opened first restaurant . In 2001 as an Christian Author I wrote my first manuscript ,for my first book as a up and coming author, and currently working on a second manuscript/book about my 36 yrs in the food business from a Food Service Specialist in the military to an Executive Chef/Culinary Educator/Foodservice Consultant,Foodservice Entrepreneur. In my music career,inwhich started at a very young age say around 6 years old, I'm a 3rd generation of singers of the Mack Clan. Today as a Artist/Singer/Producer 49 years in music I have recorded 3 CD's as an Independent Artist.
