Having offered Hospitality, Support, and Copywriting services to a number of companies over the past 18 years of my life, I've collected a vast number of skills that I proudly apply to leading teams into a more effective, more human future.As a director at HotelTonight, I was able to work with my team to improve our SLA from 18% to 80% while maintaining a CSAT score above 80% the entire time and actually reducing the overall cost per booking.The leadership coaches at Foothold Coaching worked with me to improve every aspect of my leadership and it's paid dividends with respect and cooperation from my teams ever since.
