Tyson Franzen

I am a highly creative, relatable, energetic, and diverse IT professional, skilled in cultivating positive outcomes for customers and co-workers. I can be very resourceful and am unintimidated by the evolution of the IT world. I have a dedicated work ethic and a passion for problem solving which has spawned a unique set of skills in design, development, marketing and communication. I’m able to determine the root of an issue and devise numerous paths of action for complex situation and still keep my cool.

I take pride in my ability to make anyone feel comfortable and open. It’s proved to be a major strength when consulting with unsure clients, training a legal pad addict on Excel, and even orchestrating a visit from the Governor of Nebraska to Nebraska Interactives office to talk shop and Cubs.

I love a strong team environment and finding ways to get everyone involved. From tailgating to charity events, I’ve seen the impact it can make while in the office and look forward to finding the next creative team event.

While I love a challenging and rewarding day at the office, time away from work is pretty great too. I enjoy spending time outdoors with my girlfriend, her son, our two dogs and sometimes the cats. Planning a weekend in the woods or day on the lake is all I need to round out a perfect week.
