I'm a Partner and lead the Personal Injury Division at Varghese Summersett, a Texas law firm headquartered in Fort Worth with offices in Dallas, Southlake, and Houston. I represent people who've been hurt in car wrecks, truck wrecks, motorcycle crashes, premises liability incidents, and other preventable accidents across Texas. I built my reputation as a skilled negotiator and trial attorney who isn't afraid to fight an insurance company all the way to a verdict.

I started my legal career as a prosecutor, serving at both the Dallas County and Tarrant County District Attorney's Offices, where I handled hundreds of cases ranging from murder to identity theft. That trial experience carries directly into how I build and try personal injury cases today.

I'm proud to have been recognized as a 40 Under 40 honoree by Fort Worth Inc. and a Man on a Mission by 360 West, as well as a National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 member, a Super Lawyer, and a Top Attorney by Fort Worth Magazine, 360 West, and Southlake Style. I was also named Young Professional of the Year by the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce and became a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.

I'm a native Texan from Arlington and a former Division 1 football player, having played linebacker at Baylor University. Outside the office, I chair boards for the Fort Worth Metropolitan Black Chamber of Commerce, the Tarrant Area Food Bank, and the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Tarrant County.
