Best Friends is dedicated to rescuing homeless, abused, neglected animals, or animals whose owners can no longer care for them. We are able to do this By working with committed volunteers and foster homes. Best Friends is a foster adoption group so no animals are locked in cages, we place all the animals that come to us in foster homes. We at A.S.F. believe that by only working with fosters
that there is a higher chance for "life" because in a foster home the animal gets regular attention, exercise, basic obedience training and love.opposed to having animals locked in cages for long periods of time where they can become aggressive, and if a animal becomes aggressive the riskgoes way up of that animal being euthanized. Our mission and goal at A.S.F. is to save the lives and improve the quality of living for all animals, and to also improve the quality of life for people, we do this by carefully matching animal and person to insure a good loving responsible forever home for the animal, and a good loving companion for the person for years to come
