Uchenna Elite-Attah is an education reformer and social impact leader committed to transforming how young people in Africa learn and lead.

As the founder of Elite Africa, she is pioneering a bold, future-focused, and transformative educational framework, the LIFE Educational Model, designed to prepare learners and educators for the 21st century.

She is the author of a pioneering book on education reform, The LIFE Educational Model, and leads Project: AdvanceED, which has trained hundreds of students in leadership, critical thinking, and life skills. Through the Educator Innovation Program, she is building a network of purpose-driven, 21st-century-ready teachers.

Uchenna is also a trained lawyer and founder of Corporate House, where she provides legal and structural support to mission-driven organizations across education, media, and development sectors.

She is the primary licensee and organizer of TEDxKubwa, a Global Youth Ambassador with Theirworld, and a Fellow of the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network CAAP, where she advocates for climate and sustainability education in schools.

Uchenna is building an ecosystem of ideas, tools, and institutions that will shape the future of education in Africa — grounded in purpose, possibility, and people.
