Uchenna Ndubuisi is a masters degree student of Advanced Mechanical Engineering at the University of Sussex, United Kingdom.

As an Engineer, he has been involved in major engineering projects including the analyzing and commissioning of K-Tron vibratory, belt, single, twin screw feeders at Unilever Nigeria with a team of expatriates from Coperion, France.

He got featured by the British Stammering Association in London, the UK where he shared his experience navigating through low self-esteem as a teenager, stuttering, and leading a better life as a sought-after speaker. ⁣⁣

He is passionate about seeing young people realize their full potentials. This has led him to become a Fellow in Barrack Obama's YALI REGIONAL LEADERSHIP CENTER WEST AFRICA where he was trained on leadership, business, entrepreneurship, and civil society management.

He became a Fellow in The Platform Young Professionals Bootcamp, a 5-day in-residence program for high potential 20-25-year-olds. He learned world-class practical training, inspired innovation, drove success in the marketplace, and ultimately led to a transformation of the Nigerian economy.

He is the Founder of LeadsUp Africa, a digital marketing brand that seeks to disrupt the digital marketing space across Africa.

He has been featured on HipTV, one of Africa's leading TV stations.

Amazingly, he is also a motivational speaker who was a keynote speaker at OKVC in the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, Abuja (NNPC), a philanthropist, mini importation consultant, and a social entrepreneur.

He is open to speaking engagements, volunteering, and digital business consultancy.
