Hi, I’m Jaime Uciel Cohen, a Software Engineering Manager based in Barcelona.
With more than 17 years of experience in technology — and over 6 years leading engineering teams — I’m passionate about building scalable systems, empowering people, and turning complex challenges into efficient, data-driven solutions.
I’ve led multi-squad teams of over 30 engineers, driving innovation in B2B2C, fintech, and cloud platforms at companies like Ingram Micro, CloudBlue, and fonYou.
My focus has always been on creating environments where teams thrive — adopting Agile and SAFe practices, automating workflows, and improving delivery velocity while maintaining quality and balance.
Technically, I’m grounded in Java, Python, React, and modern cloud architectures — with hands-on experience in Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
