Udeep Baral is an ICANN Fellow and an experienced ICT business professional specializing in internet governance, digital rights and digital transformation. With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Information Technology (BSc. CSIT), he has worked extensively in the ICT sector, contributing to policy discussions, stakeholder engagement and technology-driven initiatives. He currently serves as the Manager of the Federation of Computer Association Nepal (CAN Federation), where he leads strategic ICT projects and fosters collaboration between government, industry and community stakeholders.
