Udit Kapur is working with Wits Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Executive-HR (Generalist ) from last one year. He joined Wits Technologies Pvt Ltd. on Septemjber 27, 2012 and setup the whole HR Department He has good exposure in all HR Activities and his Core KRA's includes Recruitment, Employee Induction, Compensation Management, Performance Management, Benefits Administration, Employee Engagement and Employee Relation.
He is result oriented HR professional with qualitative experience in all HR Processes and HR Policy . He is person who driven by challenges and do not shrink from demanding task. He can define himself as a people's person hence he is equally comfortable to work with team or as an individual
Udit is born and brought from Delhi itself. From his childhood he is passionate to become an Engineer. He completed his schooling from delhi itself, After completed his schooling he enrolled in Bachelor of Engineering in year 2005 from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University and gratuated in year 2009 with 67.28 % after than he enrolled in Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Guru Gobind Singh Inderprastha University in year 2010 and postgratuated in yeart 2012 with 70 %.
