Then; a new opportunity appeared for my personal development on sales.In the region where i manage ; i had sustainable sales with a %95 percentage to new customers.
I experienced that customers are more satisfied and loyal if the sales and aftersales processes are 360° integrated.
I led CRM,business development and lean management projects.I ensured the sustainability of these changes with trainings.
I always mentored and motivated my teams.I tried to show new horizons for their career and personal development.
