Over the years, I’ve grown from hands-on database administration into my current role as a Senior Technical Manager, where I lead and mentor DBA teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high‑performance solutions. My career has been defined by a commitment to technical excellence and leadership — balancing strategic vision with practical execution. I thrive on guiding teams through complex challenges, optimizing systems, and ensuring that data remains a reliable backbone for business success. Beyond my professional journey, I am an ever‑learning individual. Technology is my foundation, but I continuously expand my horizons in IT, languages, music, and sport.
