I'm a Nigerian born American writer, poet, UX Designer and startup entrepreneur at wedocracy, a collaborative social network for wedding planning. The idea behind the social network started in 2012, when I got engaged and wanted a comprehensive, socially networked system to plan my big day. Luckily, I shared a passion and background in web development with my now husband, which inspired us to build and use the web app to plan our own wedding, now available as an official private beta release, so we're beyond excited! I'm also the author of Flowers Blooming Against A Bruised Gray Sky (Whit Press, 2006), which was nominated for a Northern California Book Award in 2007. My next publication, Resembling the Sea, will be published in 2014. When i'm not busy planning my next adventure, I am usually going for a long run or spending time with my husband and startup Co-Founder.
