Patience Ukange is a Self-Maximization Coach, Peace Advocate, Gender and Human Rights Officer and Sustainability Leader from Nigeria. She is committed to advancing girl-child development and climate sustainability, with over five years of experience leading impactful initiatives across Africa.
She is the Founder of The Confident Woman (TCW) Africa Initiative, a nonprofit organization that has empowered over 3,000 young women in rural Africa through educational support, skills training, and structured mentorship.

As a Peace Advocate and Gender and Human Rights Officer, she raises her voice against the war in Ukraine and killings in Benue State, Nigeria, and the broader impact of conflict, urging the government and the international community to end these inhumane acts. She also works to support displaced women and girls, helping them heal from trauma, acquire skills, and rebuild their lives.
Patience has advanced her skills through globally recognized programs such as the Harvard Aspire Leaders Program, United People Global Sustainability Leaders Program, the 2025 Bold Pitch Winner of Visionary Compass Accelerator Program, a 2024 Vital Voices Visionaries Award recipient (Washington DC) among others.
