My name is Heather & I am passionate about travel, wildlife, nature, movies & TV shows.

I’ve travelled solo all over the world for decades as it’s my main passion. I mainly love exploring the USA, which my top destination as there is so many different things to see & do, as well as a diverse landscape in various states. I love driving all over as I can also sightsee from the car which is great for accessibility.
I especially love visiting national & state parks.
I also visit parts of Europe, but the USA is my favourite destination, and is generally more accessible too.

I spend a lot of time watching movies & TV shows, mostly ones from the USA as they are my favourite.

I’m chronically ill, disabled & unable to work. Being unable to work means I spend a lot of time at home.
That means I get to enjoy a lot of movies & TV shows.

With my income, I sadly can't get ESA (main disability benefit) due to the fact I worked part time for many years before stopping totally.

Working part time instead of quitting totally, went against me. As I couldn't physically work enough hours to qualify to pay NI, as you only pay it over a certain income/amount of hours.

You need to have 2 FULL years of national insurance (NI) to get the money from ESA.
As I worked part time for years instead of quitting, I never paid NI, so I can NEVER get ESA.
That is confirmed not just by the DWP, but also by my MP, advice charities & even parliament multiple times.

So I can never get ESA, which is ridiculous as it’s the main disability benefit in the UK.
“credits only ESA” which is NI credits towards your pension. No money.

This cannot be appealed as this is their rules which you can read for yourself on their site.
I have investigated for years & spoken to tons of people including DWP, benefit advice centres, MP’s and parliament themselves, & all say you cannot appeal a rule.

I tried blogging & Twitch, but that doesn't earn barely anything (£2-£5 a month) I hoped Twitch would bring more in, but I am lucky to get 2 viewers & 2-4 subs a month after 6 years.
I can’t stream everyday due to my chronic illnesses.
