The idea originated portal based on an understanding that changes are possible, real positive changes are are needed.

This portal acts as an open moderated resource based on examples of transformations that offer citizens from all over Ukraine.

Motivator and tool portal is real money provided by the author the idea - activist for a specific example of changes for the better, provided an independent expert assessment and public participation in the vote. Only experts and supported community projects, are basic examples of transformations financing in the form of micro-grants from European donors and funding in the form of donations from citizens.
