Hi, I’m Ulaş.
I’m an engineer who combines a strong technical background with creative thinking—someone who thrives both in analytical problem-solving and hands-on project development.
I graduated from Yildiz Technical University with a degree in materials engineering.
Between 2022 and 2024, I worked as a research assistant at Şişecam’s Science, Technology and Design Center, contributing to R&D projects on borosilicate and technological glass development. My role involved alternative raw material research, process optimization, and characterization.
From 2020 to 2024, I participated in the TÜBİTAK 2244 Industry PhD Program in collaboration with Şişecam and Yıldız Technical University. My focus was on producing luminescent glass materials doped with rare earth elements and adapting them for solid-state lighting systems, blending academic research with industrial application.
These experiences allowed me to merge scientific curiosity with practical innovation.
Beyond lab work, I enjoy mentoring, content development, and creative ideation. I’ve taken part in initiatives like “IDEATHON,” where I supported teams with guidance and presentation coaching. I believe in making technical knowledge more approachable and in building bridges between complex concepts and real-world solutions.
I'm especially interested in new technologies, sustainable innovation, and interdisciplinary collaboration. I believe in continuous learning and sharing what I learn along the way.
Currently, I’m open to opportunities where I can further explore the intersection of creativity, research, and impactful design.
