Ulrike Goldenblatt
Project Manager and Translator in Berlin, Deutschland
I have been working as project manager at the Helmholtz Center in Berlin, successfully coordinating a large PhD exchange program with Israel during the past 6 years.
Before that I worked as a translator and editor in German/English/Hebrew, and as a project based PR person.
Before returning to Germany, I syndicated media content for Haaretz Newspaper and handled NGO-projects for Heinrich Böll Foundation in Israel, where I lived for 15 years.
Coming from the field of literature (mainly anglo-saxon), I am interested in Classics, Sci-Fi, Politics and Pop-Culture. I am a value and ethics driven person. My approach to projects is both, intellectual and practical, always with an eye to budgets and timeliness.
I play tennis, preferably double, and I practice meditation and mindfulness.
