I have trained a number of people in the last 15 years and know the amount of time involved for physical development and improvement is unique to each individual. People have different goals, are motivated by different environmental factors, and benefit from a custom approach tailored to their individual physiological abilities. Your time is too valuable to be wasted on a cookie-cutter exercise program and oversimplified maxims like "no pain no gain."
