Ulises Elias

For more than 10 years Ulises has been involved in the design, evaluation and management of business projects in different sectors. Along this process he has advised small and medium companies in the definition of their strategies and business plans for different markets.

He has also served as consultant for economic development projects and initiatives for promoting entrepreneurship in Mexico. He served as director of CENTRIS, a high-tech incubator in Baja California helping more than 100 small and medium companies, entrepreneurs and startups. A high number of these companies were professionally briefed in their expansion process reaching new markets within the international arena.

Ulises also served as Project Manager in Tijuana Economic Development Council, providing direction and maintenance to strategic economic development programs including industrial, entrepreneurial, institutional and infrastructure projects.

Ulises obtained a post-graduate degree in Innovation Management by the Aarhus School of Business in Denmark, with a strong focus in entrepreneurship, product development, innovation management, business development and negotiation strategies. Currently, he also serves as advisor and consultant of startups and established companies from incubation to expansion phases, also advising on entrepreneurship development programs for regional organizations at municipal and state level.
