Over 14 years of experience in planning, implementation and management of GIS related projects, more than 9 years as a GIS database administrator. Particularly interested in client/server and relational database design. Always interested in high end GIS products and implementation projects. More than 4 years of experience developing and instructing GIS software training.

Management experience as Chief Information Officer with demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels and in all functional areas. Strategically and cost effectively utilize technology in alignment with corporate goals. Successfully managed $2.5M budget and directed activities of 14 staff members.

Experience in the administration of Oracle databases (Standalone and RAC) supported on the LINUX, UNIX and Windows environments. Knowledge and understanding of Oracle Real Application Cluster (RAC) & ASM administration/Installation, as well as some general knowledge of other database systems like MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
