Ulrike Reimann

Project Manager, Consultant, and Small Business Owner in Bratislava, Slowakei

I believe that enabling people to touch base with their grief, anger and longings enriches their own life, life of their community and the Earth. I bring together in one process approaches that touch depths and heights of human experience – mourning, conflicts and human longings.

I encourage individuals and groups to discover their passion, humanity and purpose in their projects. I support them to dare to carry out their dreams. I apply and constantly develop tools and approaches that help teams facing and overcoming obstacles in communication and cooperation. I am intrigued by that what is marginalised and repelled in individuals and teams and I explore ways how to bring it back to attention and engage it for the benefit of the whole.

I have a degree in intercultural education. I am a certified trainer of trainers of "Dragon Dreaming" (a participative sustainable project design and management). Since 2008 I use Nonviolent communication and Restorative circles in my trainings and facilitations especially in conflict resolution in communities.

I am a certified trainer and a published author in the field of MyroAgogik, an ancient communal wisdom and set of practices for expressing and transforming grief and pain of loss. My book "Mourning in communities" (in German) was published in May 2016.
