Ulrike Spairo is the Director of Sustainability at The Coca-Cola Company. She is in charged on building sustainability strategies, programs, and partnerships in Europe. Over the past 8 years with the company, she has been focused on the company’s water, agriculture, recycling initiatives, circular economy and social issues that add value to businesses and brands.
Ulrike has built corporate reputation and leadership recognition through effective engagement with stakeholders, high-impact partnerships with civil society and industry collaboration and effective communication. She is a committed team-player with strong belief in empowering people and experience in leading teams; engaging personality with a knack for ‘connecting the dots’ to find new opportunities.
Previously, she held various Corporate Affairs positions in Thames Water, an international water supply company, dealing with water resources, public infrastructure and development policy.
Outside of her work at Coca-Cola, Ulrike is the President of the Sustainable Agriculture Initiative Program (SAI) and is also a Chair on the European Soft Drink Association, and is an active member in the European Water Partnership.
