Although most of us would claim to be cooperative, we often depart from that path, when things are not the way we expect them to be. Over the last few decades, education, social lifestyle and the working environment have fostered our competitive skills more than our cooperative skills. Now it's time to strengthen our cooperative mindset and to truly make the shift from ME to WE.

I am German, live in Switzerland and love to travel the world. For the last 10 years I have worked with employees and leaders of small, mid-sized and large companies in different countries around the globe.
With my sister, who lives in London, I run a company that, over the last 12 years, has helped over 2000 small business owners to connect and mutually support themselves in their business growth.
